These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TRCN Pass website at trcnpass.ng (the “Website”). The Website is operated by Guardas de Productos, S.L. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using the Website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. About TRCN Pass

TRCN Pass provides free educational resources for people preparing for the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) Professional Qualifying Examination. These include exam guides, study material, topic explanations, practice questions, quizzes and mock tests.

TRCN Pass is an independent exam-preparation resource. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria.

For official information about registration, eligibility, examination requirements, dates, fees, policies and any other official matter, please refer to TRCN itself.

3. Educational Content and Exam Information

The Website is an educational resource. We aim to keep our information accurate and useful, but exam requirements, syllabuses, procedures, fees, dates and other official information can change, and we cannot promise that everything on the Website is always complete, accurate or current. Please check important and current requirements with official TRCN sources before you act on them.

Using TRCN Pass does not guarantee that you will pass the examination.

4. Practice Questions and Mock Tests

Our practice questions, quizzes and mock tests are independently created for study and preparation. They are not official TRCN examination papers or questions, and we do not claim that they have appeared, or will appear, in the real examination.

The real examination’s content and format may differ from our material, and doing well in a TRCN Pass mock test does not guarantee the same result in the real examination.

5. Acceptable Use

Please use the Website lawfully and considerately. You agree not to:

• use the Website for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or its infrastructure, or otherwise compromise its security;
• interfere with the operation of the Website;
• use automated tools to scrape or systematically extract our content; or
• reproduce or redistribute our content in breach of Section 6.

Normal use by search engines, and ordinary links to the Website, are welcome and are not restricted by this section.

6. Intellectual Property

The original material on the Website is owned by or licensed to us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. This includes our text, study guides, explanations, practice questions, mock tests, graphics and design, and the Website’s software and functionality. Our independently created question bank and mock-test content is protected in the same way.

You are welcome to use the Website’s study material for your own personal study. Without our written permission, you may not systematically copy, republish, sell or otherwise commercially exploit our original content, or reproduce substantial parts of it.

This section applies only to material that is ours. We do not claim ownership of the name “Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria”, TRCN’s official materials, Nigerian laws and regulations, or any third-party material, and any third-party names or trademarks mentioned on the Website belong to their owners.

Please do not use the name “TRCN Pass” or our logo in a way that suggests your product or service is ours, or is connected with us, without our permission.

7. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. In particular, we do not promise that:

• the Website will always be available or free from interruptions or technical faults;
• the Website will be free of errors or omissions;
• information on the Website will not become out of date;
• our preparation material will match the real TRCN examination; or
• you will pass the examination.

The Website is free to use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from your reliance on the Website, from interruptions to it, from inaccuracies in it, or from your examination results.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or affects any rights you have under mandatory law.

The Website may link to official TRCN or government resources and to other external websites. Those websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content or availability and are not responsible for them.
